Bitumen Emulsion is a specially formulated bituminous material in which fine droplets of bitumen are dispersed in an aqueous phase with the help of emulsifying agents. This technology allows bitumen to be applied and mixed at significantly lower temperatures than conventional hot-applied binders in many applications.
